Within the seminar we will be examining organizations not only through strategies and processes, but through the unconscious dynamics that determine their movement.
You will learn to see what is actually happening in teams: what hidden processes influence decisions, where tension arises, and why some changes "don't take hold" while others create an impulse for growth.
Each participant will be able to examine their own business: identify core strategies, surface leading principles, and see the real potential where it was not obvious before.

Is it possible to have my case reviewed by Jan Jacob?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to bring your case for a demonstration analysis with the group by Jan Jacob. He will select cases for analysis himself.
Is accommodation included in the price?
No, the stated price includes only participation in the event, coffee breaks, and handout materials. Accommodation and travel expenses are paid by participants independently.
